- Subject to room availability.
- Rates are in Thai Baht applicable to single/double occupancy and per villa/night.
- All room rates are exclusive of breakfast, prevailing government taxes and 10 % service charges.
- Airport transfers are available upon request. A surcharge applies. Airport transfer for the Suite is complimentary.
- There is no charge for children under 5 years of age occupying the same room as their parents.
- All package details, prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
- Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12.00 pm.
- All major credit cards are accepted at the resort, spa and restaurant.
- Credit card details are required to guarantee booking.

| Surcharge |
| A surcharge applies on both 24 December and 31 December as follows: |

- THB3000 per person per room inclusive of applicable tax and service charges.
(Excluding children aged 5 years and below who stay free if sharing with adults). For children aged 6 to 12, a surcharge of THB1500 per child applies.
- 24 December:
This surcharge includes wines with the Christmas Eve gala dinner.
- 31 December:
This surcharge includes New Year's Eve dinner, wine, fireworks and champagne.

| Cancellation Policy for this period is as follows: |

- All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards, with full prepayment, or by a travel agency with credit facilities approved by Prana Resorts and Spa, Koh Samui, prior to making a booking.
- Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking cost is refunded.
- Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show - no refund.
- Cancellation charges apply to both programme and accommodation bookings.
