| A surcharge applies on both 24 December and 31 December as follows: |

(Excluding children aged 5 years and under who stay free if sharing with adults).

24 December:
This surcharge includes wines with Christmas Eve dinner, an al fresco luncheon including wines on Christmas Day and a Christmas Gift.

31 December:
This surcharge includes New Year's Eve entertainment, a gala dinner, dinner wines and champagne. |

| Cancellation Policy for this period is as follows: |

All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards, with full prepayment, or by a travel agency with credit facilities approved by Prana Resorts and Spa, Koh Samui prior to making booking.

Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking cost is refunded.
|
|
Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show - no refund.
|
|
Cancellation charges apply to both program and accommodation bookings. |
